Information About Us
Creative Avenues Performing Arts is a performing arts school offering classes in drama, singing and dance for children and young people. Classes are provided across North Wales including locations in Mold and Wrexham.

Acceptance of These Terms
By enrolling a child in any class, trial session, workshop or activity offered by Creative Avenues Performing Arts (“we”, “us”, “our”), the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all students and their parents or guardians without exception.
Classes, Trials and Enrolment
3.1 Classes offered include weekly performing arts sessions for different age groups — including Main Avenues (ages 7–17), Mini Avenues (ages 4–6) and Home-Ed Avenues (ages 4–17).
3.2 Trial sessions are available and must be booked in advance. Trial session fees and terms are as published on the website.
3.3 Enrolment is subject to availability and acceptance by Creative Avenues Performing Arts. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrolment at our discretion.
3.4 Parents or guardians guarantee that all information supplied during enrolment is accurate and complete.
Fees, Payments and Refunds
4.1 All fees must be paid in full prior to the student’s participation, unless a payment plan (such as monthly instalments) has been agreed in writing.
4.2 Fees for term-time classes and trial sessions are published on our website and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
4.3 Fees are non-refundable unless expressly agreed in writing. This includes fees paid for term classes, workshops and trials, except where required by law.
4.4 Discounts (such as sibling or new-student discounts) may be applied where indicated but cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
Attendance, Behaviour and Participation
5.1 Regular attendance is important. Parents and guardians should notify us in advance of planned absences where possible.
5.2 Students are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other students and visitors at all times. Unacceptable behaviour may result in suspension or termination of enrolment without refund.
5.3 Creative Avenues Performing Arts reserves the right to move students between classes or cease their participation where required for safety, behaviour or suitability reasons.
Dress Code and Safety
6.1 Students must attend classes in suitable clothing and footwear appropriate to the discipline being taught (e.g. dancewear for dance). Specific requirements will be communicated prior to or at the start of classes.
6.2 Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child arrives prepared and safely equipped for activities.
Health and Safeguarding
7.1 Parents and guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, learning needs or behavioural considerations prior to participation.
7.2 Whilst reasonable care is taken to provide a safe environment, parents and guardians accept that participation in performing arts involves physical activity and potential risk.
7.3 Creative Avenues Performing Arts follows safeguarding best practice in line with applicable UK legislation. Safeguarding policies are available upon request.
Photography and Media
8.1 From time to time, Creative Avenues Performing Arts may capture photos or videos for marketing, educational or promotional use.
8.2 By enrolling, you consent to appropriate use of such media unless written notice to opt out is provided.
Cancellations and Changes to Classes
9.1 We may cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor availability, venue issues, term dates or other operational reasons. We will notify parents or guardians as soon as reasonably practicable.
9.2 No liability is accepted for costs incurred by parents or guardians due to cancellations outside of fees already paid for sessions.
Limited Liability
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Creative Avenues Performing Arts, its employees, agents and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage suffered by a student except where directly caused by our proven negligence.
10.2 Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or other liability which cannot be excluded under applicable UK consumer protection laws.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be published on our website.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Any concerns or complaints should be communicated in writing via the contact details above. We aim to address complaints promptly and fairly.
12.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
